Today, we will be dealing on cooking delicious Unripe plaintain porridge. When I mean delicious, asin the one wey go satisfy your taste well well but before I start I want to ask you" Do you know that ordinary unripe plantain has a lots of nutritional value? ". Let's go on how to make it first, later I will equip you with knowledge of what you don't know about unripe plantain.
NEEDED INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING UNRIPE PLAINTAIN PORRIDGE
1. 12 fingers of unripe plantain
2. 1/2 kilo of goat meats and bonga fish.
3. Basil leaves (scent leaves)
4. 1 Cup of cray fish
5. 2 large onions
6. Fresh red pepper
7. 2 tbsp Red oil
8. 3 cube Maggi star
9. Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Peel plaintain and wash them, scrape the back of the peeled plantains inside the pot,and slice diagonally from the middle. The scrapes serve as a thickening agent for the porridge.
STEP 2
Combine the sliced plantains, crayfish, sliced onions, fresh red pepper, Goat meat and bonga fish into the pot
STEP 3
Add water and vegetable oil. Set to cook. Make sure the water added doesn't exceed the level of the plantain mix.
STEP 4
Add Maggi star seasoning and salt to taste.
STEP 5
When the plantains are cooked (not over soft), Add the basil leaves.
STEP 6
Stir and leave in the pot for one minute.
STEP 7
