DELICIOUS FRIED RICE RECIPE

Today without waisting our time , I am going to teach you guys how to make DELICIOUS FRIED RICE. I mean very appetizing fried rice. Fried rice wey, only the aroma will make your neighbors carry plate come ,say make you give them smallπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ.

Let's kick off.

STEP 1.

Wash your chicken and put it in the pot. Season it with your salt, chicken and knor cube, thyme, curry powder, grinded ginger and garlic, onions and fresh red pepper and boil it. In boiling it, do not add water. Allow your chicken to bring out it juice before adding just small water. Bring your pot down after 30mins then separate your chicken from the stock.

STEP 2.

Wash your chicken breast (bone less part of chicken) and cut it into small cubes. Add salt, curry powder, paprika powder, onions powder and mix it until the chicken is well coated with spices. Then keep it aside.

STEP 3.

Wash your cow liver or kidney. Put it in a pot and add small. Season it with your salt, onions, curry powder and leave it to boil like 20 mins because it is very soft. Bring it down. Cut the meat into small chops and keep aside.

STEP 4.

Fry your chicken and liver with vegetable oil and set aside. You can drop onions into the oil for fantastic aroma.

STEP 5.

Wash your rice very well with salt and water till it is clean to enable your rice not to come out stickey after cooking

STEP 6.

Wash your vegetables (carrots, green and red pepper, spring onions, green beans, green peas) and slice them. After that, season it with your salt, curry powder, thyme and any other seasoning your have. Add your sweet corn and turn uniformly so that the spices will penetrate very well in the vegetables . Then keep aside.

STEP 7.

Put small vegetable oil into the pot and add thyme. Add your thoroughly washed rice and toast for 10mins. While toasting, remember to be stirring it. The reason for toasting is for the rice to release the aroma rice has naturally. When rice is well toasted ie no oil again in the pot, you can add that your chicken stock and some water in the rice. Add your seasoning powder to make the rice very tasty because the seasoning powder in the chicken stock will not give them a rice that taste you craved for. Add salt as well and boil for 25mins. When the water in the pot dries off , bring the rice down.

STEP 8.

Fry that your chicken breast in small oil. When it is done, bring out the meat from the oil and put grinded ginger and garlic, sliced onions and fry together for like 3 seconds. Then add your well mixed set aside vegetables and stir together. If you notice your vegetables are soaky as you are frying it, turn on the heat to the highest and stir fry. You will see that the water will dry off imediately. Then add your cooked rice and stir uniformly. However, continue frying the rice because it is called fried rice for a reason. Then add your fried chicken breast, your fried liver and your sliced spring onions. Allow for 5- 10mins and continuously stir.

Fried rice ready to be servedπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ½️🍽️. Add Salad if you want and dilute every thing with chilled drink 🍷πŸ₯‚πŸΈπŸ»πŸΉ
