DELICIOUS EGWUSI SOUP INGREDIENTS (MELON SOUP)

Without wasting much of your time, I will be educating you on how to cook tasty Egwusi soup (melon Soup)π. But before that, I will list the ingredients needed to cook better Egwusi. So get your paper and pen and jott down imediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4½ cups (600g) Egusi (Melon) seeds
- 2 cooking spoons red palm oil
- Beef: Best cut and cow skin (kpomo)
- Fish: Dry Fish and Stock Fish
- 3 tablespoons ground Crayfish
- Pepper and Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable: Nigerian pumpkin leaves, spinach or bitter leaves
- 3 small stock cubes
- 1 Ogiri Okpei (traditional locust bean seasoning: optional)
Get yourself prepared. All these ingredients are obtainable in the market. In our next class, I will educate you on the process involved.
